What is premature ejaculation (PE)?

Is when a man experiences orgasm and expels semen soon after intercourse and with minimal stimulation. Other terms used for Premature ejaculation include;early ejaculation,rapid climax and rapid ejaculation. Men who have premature ejaculation said they had less control over the ejaculation.

  1. Sex is no big deal. If you treat sex like a big deal you have to stop it now!. Stop treating sex like is a super-important event. When you treat sex like is a big deal you will become nervous and less confident. The more you treat it like is not all that important,you will be less nervous,more relax and confident,and increase your performance.  
  2. Calmness,confidence and a clear mind(the 3 C's). To last longer in bed you need to keep in mind the three C's,that is you need to have confidence,calmness and a clear mind. If you fear sex then you are giving yourself a self fulfilling prophecy. Don't anticipate that you will perform poorly. So you you can last longer in bed not only by having confidence,but also staying calm and having a clear mind. Stay in the moment. 
  3. You need to focus on your breathing. This is really a simple trick and has two steps. When you are in the act, exhale when you are on you way in, and inhale when you are coming out;as simple as that. This is a very simple and powerful trick and it works like charm. Try it and see if it will work for you, who knows maybe is the only tip you need to improve your performance. 
  4. You think long,you last long. You will need to keep it in mind the way you think will affect how long you will last in bed. You need to conquer the negative thoughts that are causing the problem, that is the important thing. You will need to identify and isolate all negative thoughts. An example is performance anxiety.What you can do is to visualise yourself lasting longer and thus improve your performance in bed. 
  5.  You need to take action. You need to take action if you really want to improve. Not just any action but the right action. Avoid pills, creams, sprays, herbs etc.
